Hello, The app support link takes me to a web site with only an option to buy the guides? I want a FAQ and an email link to get help. I have bought two guides but I cannot access the second one because it will not download. Restore previous purchases link prompts for a password twice and then closes without doing anything. Thank you.

Fastest $4 I ever wasted. App looks like it has potential if it didnt crash every time you try to open it.

I purchased a city guide on iPad but it does not appear when I open the app on iPhone. :(

Cant get to download or work! Waste of money!

Great app in theory. I purchased the Paris guide on my iPad for $5 or $6 figuring I could get it on my iPhone as well... Nope. Have to pay another $4 because it doesnt know how to link accounts or whatever? I wanted to download the map to my phone bc I dont want to carry my ipad around Paris, so I just downloaded the Triposo app and got it that way. Another thing is that, at least on ipad, it crashes like 7 times in a row when you open it until it finally works properly.

Just trust me and buy this app. It makes travelling so much easier. Takes all of the guesswork out of planning trips and visits to new places. I just bought it for a quick day trip to NYC- Ive never been and had no idea how to plan for a full day of eating and walking and shopping and sightseeing-- especially when its MASSIVE. Guide pal made it the easiest and best trip EVER. I looked like such a pro haha. You will love this app.

Bogus. The app opens up offering a variety of cities, BUT.. if you would like to open up to that city for information your charged $4.00 each for the privilege. Rather overpriced considering there are many apps at the same price or even cheaper that allows you access to all of the cities for one price. This is just a pure rip-off..... Now Im going to proceed to erase this lemon. I wonder if the first reviewer is a shill for the Devs??!

Where is Dubai?

This is a great travel App !!! This app helped me a lot in Istanbul and Dubai

When this app works it is brilliant. The guides are funny, well written, and informative. Their list of locations is really inclusive of all the major highlights and even some smaller local heroes/legends. It also does a good job with the translation of names to English. However, there are SO MANY BUGS. It freezes all the time, erases my data randomly, and downloading the guide to use off line does not work, which renders this app almost completely useless for travelers. Its not so bad that I wont try it again on future trips, but they really have to tweak their issues. Just getting the offline guide to work could bump it up to a four star...even with all the other bugs...maybe even a five.

Shows no restrauants. Tried looking up a few before we left on our trip, screen is blank except add your own. if i knew where i wanted to eat, i would have no use for this app.

I tried this app for a guide in several cities and the guides are empty. Totally useless app

Dont even bother downloading the app

Ive never had an app capable of actually making my phone freeze! Until this one. If you put your phone to sleep while the app is running and open it again, not only does it freeze up your phone for about 45 seconds (even the home button doesnt work, which is NUTS) but then after, the app doesnt work: whatever screen you were on (e.g. Things to see) displays as blank. When it DOES work I found the actual info valuable, if sometimes terribly spelled. The problem with crowd-sourcing tourist info? Most tourists are idiots.

Please fix this refresh bug every time it opens... Highly annoying in a foreign country with limited connection and internet!!!

Awful update. Crashes constantly when I attempt to log in, causing the app to reset every time I need to open it. Worthless.

Too slow, wont load cities. No time for that.

This app only has a handful of places to eat in New Orleans. Anybody can tell you their are hundreds of places to eat here. It doesnt even have some of the most famous places. Dont bother wasting your time.
